My Makeup Must Haves - June 2016

I am no makeup expert, but I adore makeup. I will be doing an updated makeup musts every month or so when I try new makeup products or techniques or tools that I feel people need to try.

Makeup Products:

  • Maybelline "Fit Me" foundation in Dewy - This makeup product is amazing for me. I have freckles and I like to show them off, but also have coverage and this does the job for me. Its lightweight and build able for a more covered effect. http://ow.ly/3P0C301boqF
  • Maybelline "Fit Me" powder in Dewy - This product goes perfectly (obvi) with the foundation. http://ow.ly/A4Dp301botM
  • Maybelline "Fit Me" concealer - This is what people like to call a dupe for Nars' concealer, but I have never used it. I like this concealer because its easy to blend and brightens the under eyes. http://ow.ly/7o9U301bovL
  • Mac  Lipstick in "Velvet Teddy" - I adore this product because the color is a nude pink and looks great with my skin tone. If you have a fair tone with pink undertone or olive skin this will look great on you. http://ow.ly/Udss301boxg
  •  NYX lipliner in "Natural" - This goes nicely with the Mac lipstick in velvet teddy. http://ow.ly/S2Pc301boA8
  • E.L.F Bronzer - This product is my holy grail because it does not look red on my at all and I have in "golden" http://ow.ly/7D9a301bpNj
  • The Anastasia Beverly Hills "Cream Contour Kit" - I have it the lightest shade and i love it! Blend as you go because it dries fast. http://ow.ly/gqiS301bq2W

Makeup Techniques:

  • Highlighting - I use the highlight color in my cream contour kit and it works well enough. I love the dewy look and highlighting makes my addiction even better
  • Contouring the double chin - Yes, it seems weird to contour the double chin, but it looks great. It really works and I no longer have to have fat cheeks and a double chin!

Makeup Tools:

  • E.L.F Pointed Foundation Brush - This works for my contour especially and it is shaped nicely and gets in the cheeks to get that contour and I also use it for my bronzer http://ow.ly/1NcN301bqEM
  • Real Techniques Blush Brush - It does it's job and I enjoy it. It picks up the color nicely and feels soft http://ow.ly/HQp1301bqMa
  • Real Techniques Foundation Brush - Its nice to apply the foundation, but I not use it to completely blend my foundation http://ow.ly/lVGV301bqOF
